The Division also provides information on fair housing and affordable housing options for renters and first time home buyers. They also provide opportunities for investors and non-profit organizations to develop affordable rental housing for low and moderate income families. Qualifying homeowners also have the opportunity to rehab their home and bring it up to City Code Standards.
