The total cost of all three Propositions is $272.48 million, including a 2% reserve for Public Art Funding, as required by City ordinance. The potential average monthly impact for each taxpayer is approximately $5 per month. This is an average based on current assumptions, the amount is less in the early years and is projected to gradually increase over the next several years.
