We are thrilled to introduce the enhanced EP 311 Web App! We have heard your feedback loud and clear, and over the past 8 months, the City of El Paso has been building a brand-new application to improve your experience.
A new account will need to be created. If you have any requests open at the time of the switch, the old request will not be shown on your new account. Rest assured, the requests will remain open and active. Our teams have access to this information and are working on them.
If you have the EP 311 mobile appication downloaded from an app store it will no longer function. The new EP 311 web app is web-based, meaning you no longer have to download a mobile app or worry about updates! We recommend deleting the mobile app from your device. You can always add a shortcut to the 311 Web App to your home screen using your device's browser's "Add to Home Screen" feature.

Step-by-Step Guide
Starting Tuesday, March 11th, all links from the previous application will redirect you to the new one. Additionally, if you have the EP 311 mobile app downloaded from an app store, it will no longer function.
You will need to create a new account (or report anonymously). The old application will be retired to avoid confusion and prevent lost requests.
If you have any requests open at the time of the switch, the old request will not be shown on your new account. Rest assured, the requests will remain open and active. Our teams have access to this information and are working on them.
