Housing Programs Division

The City of El Paso's Housing Programs Division provides assistance by providing safe, decent, and affordable housing for low and moderate-income families.

The Division also provides information on fair housing and affordable housing options for renters and first-time home buyers. They also provide opportunities for investors and non-profit organizations to develop affordable rental housing. Qualifying homeowners also have the opportunity to rehab their home and bring it up to City Code Standards.
