Sign-up forms open at 3:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the meeting.
The deadline to sign up to speak on agenda items and Call to the Public (City related non-agenda items) is the day of the meeting at 9:00 a.m.
During Regular City Council or Regular Mass Transit Board agendas, for City-related items NOT LISTED on the meeting agenda.
On Monday Work-Sessions, Regular or Special City Council agendas, or Regular or Special Mass Transit Board agendas, only for items LISTED on the meeting agenda:
