El Paso is the largest Texas City on the U.S./Mexican Border. El Paso is the 6th largest city in Texas, and the 22nd largest in the U.S. Over the past five years, the county’s population growth has outpaced the nation’s overall growth. El Paso County is young and family-friendly, with a median age of 34, and close to 40% of the population being under the age of 25. The County’s working-age population (ages 15 to 64 years) is strong and stable, hovering at 65% in the past five years. With an 81% Hispanic population, the region offers a strong bilingual and binational workforce adept at navigating business environments in two countries.
