This service provides individuals who pay the crossing fee in advance with special access to the E-Fast Pass lane. Registering to this service provides you with a crossing tag to stick on your vehicle's windshield. Once the tag is placed, your vehicle will have access to the special E-Fast Pass lane.

You may purchase online OR at the Toll Plaza Office. Our office is located adjacent to the toll booths at the Zaragoza Toll Bridge. Once you register on our website, you will receive an email within 5 business days with further instructions to receive your tag. This service works ONLY when crossing from El Paso to Juárez through the Ysleta-Zaragoza bridge. This service is available for both passenger and commercial vehicles.

Our online access allows you to view recent toll activity, balance, and other account information, view detailed account activity by tag number, view and print account statements for any month in the year, and make payments in any amount using a credit card. After the initial account, opening payments in any amount may be made in the form of check or money order sent by mail, or online using a credit card.

E-Fast Pass Office Holiday Closures

The City of El Paso E-Fast Pass Office at the Zaragoza International Port of Entry will be closed on the following dates in observance of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
