Amnesty Program

The City’s Amnesty Program is your chance to settle delinquent tickets while saving money. For a limited three-week period, the $50 warrant fee and 30% collection fee on all warrants will be waived. This applies to delinquency and collection fees on parking citations. All warrants will remain active until paid in full.

Amnesty Period: Monday, February 17, 2025 – Saturday, March 8, 2025

Bond Location Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
    • Overland Downtown Location: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    • Upper Eastside Location: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays (February 22 & March 1): 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Please note that it is not the City’s policy to arrest people who visit the courthouse to inquire about delinquent cases. Everyone is encouraged to come in voluntarily to resolve their cases.

We accept cash, check, money orders, mobile pay, debit card, and credit card (American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa). There will be a 4% fee for all credit or debit card transactions.

Eligible cases have been adjusted to display amnesty rates, you can pay your delinquent cases/warrants in several ways:

What is the amnesty program?

When is amnesty being held?

Amnesty will run from Monday, February 17, 2025 through Saturday, March 8, 2025. All bond locations will be open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday – Friday (Downtown location 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. | Upper Eastside Location: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.). All locations will be open Saturday, February 22, 2025 and March 1, 2025 from 8 a.m. to Noon.

If I come to court to pay, will I be arrested?
